To ensure the most effective solution for each custom PCD and PcBN tooling project, we begin with the customer’s technical drawing of the workpiece to be machined. This forms the foundation for designing PCD or PcBN tool optimized for both tool life and surface finish.
From the proposal stage, we work with the engineering team to manage the complete technical design process and, when needed, conducts on-site assessments to identify the most suitable tool configuration for the production environment.
Every special PCD or PcBN tool is developed through a detailed design study, complete with technical drawings reviewed and approved by the customer before production—ensuring precision, consistency, and the highest quality standards.
